StatShark expects this game to go a lot like Week 17's Colts-Miami game. The visitors keep running the ball even when down by double digits. The Chiefs will look to run constantly and having Larry Johnson go for 130+ yds and at least 1 rushing TD helps the Chiefs keep the Colts offense off the field. However, one RB alone can't beat the Colts at home (on the road Ron Dayne could). The Chiefs will be playing just happy to be there while the Colts should be playing like a team desparate for a Super Bowl. Peyton Manning should pick apart Kansas City's defense with nearly 300 yds passing and a passer rating over 100. Joseph Addai needs to not fumble the ball, but if he goes for 85 yds (over 5 yds per carry) he should give the Colts the balance and time of possession needed to win by at least a field goal. This could be closer than some expect given how bad the Colts run defense is and how great LJ is.
